shark Fishing Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale, florida

The Lady Pamela II got into the bonitos offshore Ft. Lauderdale as well, getting most of the bites north of the inlet. These fish were running 3-5 lbs; not real big but sure fun to catch. The crew took some of the small ones as bait for some sharkfishing. They were the right bait for a 7ft. hammerhead that ate bait set at mid-depth in 350 feet of water. There was still time left on the charter so the crew popped over to a tilefish spot, boating a half dozen grey tiles in under an hour. Today's catch turned out to be a nice mix of gamefish and eating fish.
