March 21, 2016 The Fort Lauderdale sportfishing was slow the past several days without one bite on two all day trips in a row. We got through the doldrums though by working the offshore wrecks. Lady Pamela II caught some big amberjacks, a king mackerel, and a couple of cobia. It was a great way to turn around our fishing luck. {%image_id=47495%} {%image_id=47492%} The shark fishing also picked up, as we got lucky and caught a huge thresher shark, and a hammerhead. Yesterday we got a spinner shark, which is pretty rare, a silky, and another tiger shark. Last week we caught and released a 9-foot tiger, so that makes two already this month. I posted some video of the nine-footer on Facebook. Check it out. {%image_id=47494%} {%image_id=47493%} Tight Lines, Capt. David Ide Lady Pamela 2 Sport Fishing 954-761-8045 [email protected]
