Trolling and Bottom Fishing Ft Lauderdale

December 16th Today we had a ball deep-sea fishing with Dave' Jake and Evian all from Toronto Canada. We started out trolling the reef with 2 lines running deep and 3 more baits skipping across the surface. We ended up with 3 bonitos and 4 kingfish. Ok now that the skunk was out of the box it was time to try plane B So in came the trolling gear and we worked our way to a shipwreck to do some bottom fishing. Today the current was perfect with a slight north current so it made it easy to hold the boat just up stream from the wreck and get our baits right on the wreck. We ended up with a nice amber jack and a real nice black grouper. Thanks again to our anglers for deep-sea fishing with us off the coast of South Florida aboard Hooked Up.
