16 for 21 sounds good right? WRONG!

3 weeks ago I returned to SW FL to fish tarpon charters and take 5 US Troops fishing for free who had just return from the 28 F-Year War in Afg. Of the 21 days available to fish, 16 were totally blown out. Wind velocity exceeded 20KTS almost daily. So what does the above mean? I was able to fish 5 days out of 21 (1 scheduled day off) whereby small craft warnings did not exist. March winds in April. I'm back in Maryland until May 17th. Hopefully things will get better. One thing is for sure. For those who post truthful fishing reports, the weather has really beaten us up.
