Big Gag on the Big Rod

We Landed a big 34 inch Gag Grouper on the big Goliath Grouper rig with 250 lb test with a blue runner for bait. Rod bent over, surprise, not a Goliath but the big Gag. Guests were thrilled to bring home 2 huge grouper fillets on the half day trip. Not to mention the trout bite was on with some over 22 inches. Lot's of Spanish Mackerel at the reefs, free line a shrimp and you have one on almost immediately. The day before we came close to our Red Grouper limit once again, best we've seen in years.
