Governor Rick Scott has refused to step up and allow grouper season until the end of the year. Our State Waters in SW FL are full of grouper. So, this leaves Florida Guides with the following limits until Jan 1, 2012. No Trout No Grouper No Snook 1 Redfish which should be on the endangered species list until they recover. The perfect Thanksgiving would be No Gov Rick Scott. Charley Crist had the courage to close Snook season after the BIG FREEZE of 2009. Gov Rick Scott does not have the courage to lift the penal short grouper season for Fl Guides and their families. Lift the ban on Grouper Season until Jan 1st Gov Scott. Forget your new worth of 350M dollars and throw a bone to Florida Fishing Guides.
