Tarpon action is a little late but heating up

Fishing with cut catfish is not my style but doing so has been producing some great local action. For whatever reason I've always enjoyed throwing a Thread-Fin-Herring in front of moving tarpon but we are not quite there yet. If you love to tarpon fish, we are getting very close to SHOW TIME!
