Springtime is here and fishing for sailfish is in full throttle. These are beautiful fish and always a welcome and reliable catch while live baiting of Miami Beach. Most of our half-day charter fishing trips are finding cooperative kingfish on the reef, in about 125 feet of water. These fish are eating chrome spoons and bonito strips on planers. When fishing for the sailfish, we are using live flippers on flatlines. Over the wrecks we've also been seeing some nice cobia in the 15 to 30 pound range. The firm, light flesh of cobia fillets make them a tops for table fare. {%image_id=42813%} Capt. Ralph www.seacrossfishingmiami.com Cell: 305-773-2282 Fax: 305-865-7713
