Sails are biting good. King mackerel are thick on the edge of the reef out to 200 feet. A bottom pole will catch you a nice mutton snapper. Grouper season remains closed. The reef fishing is good, there is a lot of yellowtail and mangrove snapper being caught. . There are also a good number of spanish and cereo mackerel on the patches. I took a ride into the gulf to look for the spanish mackerel; we found them along with bluefish and trout. There were enough of them to catch some with a fly rod. There are also tarpon being caught at the bridges. IZZY
