We are catching Mahi Mahi like crazy. It is not unusual to catch over a hundred per day. Most of these fish are not legal size to kill. However they are fun to catch and release. Some anglers have enjoyed catching them on light tackle and fly rods. The schools of these smaller mahi are often enormous with sometimes hundreds of fish. On the edge of the reef Yellow Tail Snapper are spawning. Catching a limit of snappers has been easy. Not much chum required since these fish are hungry and ready to eat.
Tight Lines,
