Mahi report
Islamorada, florida

April 19, 2016
Lately the wind has blown around 15 knots everyday causing the waves to perk up a bit. The good news is everyday the Mahi fishing has improved. A few boats went out today and caught nice size mahi's and Wahoos. Frigate birds, turtles, weed lines and floating debris have helped in locating Mahis. Along the edge of the reef yellowtail snapper are going crazy. All the boats fishing for them are catching them. Lots of chum and oats to get them fired up
