The fishing has been good on both sides of US1. Sailfish are still being caught, along with some dolphin and quite a few KINGFISH. Small blackfin tuna are on the humps. The reef is getting better for the bigger yellowtail snapper and a good number of cero and Spanish mackerel. In another couple of weeks the yellowtail spawn will kick in and they will feed real well. The bay is producing a good number of trout around flamingo. Spanish mackerel are still back in the gulf. In the pot holes, there have been some big mangrove snappers, grouper and jewfish. The have been some tarpon in the bridge channels that are willing to eat a nice mullet. Some nights you get a couple of bites; some only one. The water is still a little cool for them to eat consistent. However, you can catch a tarpon. Book a trip with a FULL time pro. Call 1-800-320-2753 IZZY
