The offshore fishing has been good. Big dolphin have showed up in good numbers. The three biggest ones weighted at the marina were a 55#, 48# and a 43 pounder. The fish have not been far offshore most in 700 to 800 foot range. A lot of smaller fish in shallower water. In the backcountry, the big (11/2# plus) snappers have finally started to eat I have caught some big seatrout casting a lead head jig tipped with a gulp shrimp. The bridge channels are producing tarpon on a regular basis. Live mullet and crabs are the baits to use. The fish are ranging from 70# to over a 100#. Izzy

Tight Lines,
