Easter Week in Jacksonville Florida

Still a little cool in the mornings but the last few days have been beautiful. It's supposed to be great weather the next few days thru the Easter weekend. {%image_id=14529%} Along with the nice weather comes all the fair weather fisherman also. A word to the wise, TRY CRANKING YOUR BOAT AND MAKING SURE ALL IS READY TO GO BEFORE YOU BACK DOWN THE BOAT RAMP AND HOLD EVERY ONE UP!!!! {%image_id=14530%} Fishing yesterday with Phil Baker and his son it was just what the doctor ordered. A red fish for the young man was the goal and I would say mission accomplished. We caught 8 Reds with the largest one being 30 inches and several nice 3 pound Drum. {%image_id=14527%} After that we just headed in with a good feeling and very happy kid. Watching kids catch fish is such a good feeling for me. I know my father watched me catch plenty when I was young. {%image_id=14526%} The water temp is still about 62 but with this warm weather it should come up quick.
