Trout and Reds

With just a smattering of flounder the staple has been trout and redfish. You can still get an outsized red as well as some 20"-27" trout on the lower halves of the tides back in most of the creeks. Pogies are on the beach and the normal preditors are with them; kingfish,cobia,tarpon,bull reds and sharks.The rocks at Mayport are still giving up nice catches of reds with a few blackdrum mixed in.
