{%image_id=47381%}When the right conditions align, the sailfish bite remains very strong. With high single digit to double digit release days being available. Beginning Sunday, we are about witness another very well defined low pressure system push through bringing slightly cooler temps on Monday and Tuesday. This should allow for strong sail fishing conditions for the next week or so. Mixed in with the sailfish we are finding a lot of smaller mahi mahi and other pelagics. The past week, chlorophyll charts and sea surface temperatures are beginning to show more favorable conditions moving north. During the month of February, the quality of the water offshore and the conditions for more favorable bait conditions was south of Palm Beach. This also had something to do with the amount of outflow from inner state canals and lakes pushing out the inlet and making it all the way to the edge. The past few weeks, I am starting to see the shift in the quality of the water to be more favorable north again and specifically north of Lost Tree / Juno Beach area could be a productive area for the next week or so. Also, I should mention that I am running offshore charters more often these days after a 2 year hiatus from offering frequent charters. We are running a 31T Contender these days. See contact details below for your next offshore fishing trip. Tight lines, C.
