{%image_id=33732%} With the winds whipping yesterday and the grass as thick as I'v ever seen it on the edge fishing was tough. But we stuck with it and ended up with a nice day. We started kite fishing off triumph reef as we normally do, fighting the grass we hooked up with a nice black fin fought it to the boat before a huge bull shark took him. We set back up and within 5 minutes we were hooked up again. This time though our 16 vs with 20 was not enough, a huge yellow fin took a runner from the kite and was gone. With over half a spool gone the hook pulled. That hurt!!! Next up we caught a sailfish and missed 2 out of a triple. Finally we caught the target species Black fin, about 30 pounds. We topped off the day with a big cobia around 50 pounds.
