Good Sailfish Action The Kipnis Sailfish tournament should provide anglers with plenty of action if the winds and current continue to work in there favor. Today with a 15 knot breeze out of the south east the sailfish were biting good. It was not non stop action but it was steady. Several boats had 3 or 4 fish for the day. We had one for one on a morning half day. The fish was in 120 ft. south of the boil, and in 150 ft. of water. Most of the action was in the 120 to 150 ft. range and the fish were eating small baits suspended from the kites. There were also a few big Dolphin around to the south, they were under hawks and just cruising south on the edge. Small kings are also starting to show up to the north and should provide the boats fishing the tournament a big hassel but to the rest of us, it will be nice. Good Luck Q
