Breezy Yesterday was about as rough as I like to fish. With winds in excess of 30 mile per hour I felt like I was on a roller coaster. Seas were at least 10 ft. with some larger. But on a Good note, we had some vikings on board at least for a while. We got bait outside of Bug light and desided with the rough seas it would be better to just go with what we had. We reached the edge after 45 minutes of riding the Bull. The water was clear with a slight blue tint. The current was racing to the south. We put out 6 flat lines which were tough to fish because of the wind, but found a pack on bonitos right off the bat which kept everyone alive for a while longer. Soon after the bonito's we had a bite on a long bait which soon proved to be a Sailfish. After a 35 minute battle we released the fish back into the rough seas. A few more bonito's and we were headed back. Overall the fishing might have proved to be OK but the contitions were not favorible for that to happen. Tight line The seas should lay down today and be fine for Wednesday
