Miami and Key Biscayne – offshore

Sailfishing Hot Yesterday Yesterday may have looked bad in the morning, but in the afternoon it looked great, and was. We started off on the wrecks dropping for a grouper, big amberjacks was it. But big it was 85 pounds one went. Then the kites went up, for about 30 minutes nothing but Houndfish,so I made the move to the north. Good Thing, first we caught one out of a double, it ate the short bait a sardine and a pilchard on the flat line. So we had the one, next I saw a Shower of bait in about 70 ft. we ran in and tossed out the baits, Bingo they were on everything, I even caught one. That ended up a triple out of who knows how many were out there. I saw at least 7. So it ended up a great day of fishing.
