Sailfish Again Fishing yesterday was interesting, we tried the bottom with some nice success, and then the surface with even more success. First dropping on the wrecks we caught a rare true red snapper, 16 1/2 pounds and big Amberjack and some Barracuda's. We then decided to try the Sailfishing, great idea. A free jumper made it easy, a quit cast to the jumping fish produced an instant hook up and a long battle which ended with some sore muscles for the angler but big smiles. The fish was in the 55 pound range and was caught on 20 lb Berkley line. Attached is a shot of the true Red snapper, it ate a live sardine fished on a deep wreck. Tight Lines Capt. Q
