The weather was beautiful early Saturday morning, so we headed out back to try some new areas we had been wanting to fish. Our first shoreline produced 6 Snook, 2 Redfish and a beautiful 60lb Tarpon.{%image_id=40550%} The winds picked up as the sun got higher and we stopped at our next spot. We picked up another small snook and threw a couple nice Mangrove Snapper in the box for dinner that night. We could have filled the boat with those guys, the action was nonstop. The notorius Jack Crevelle kept the drags singing as well. The action should continue to get better with the fall bait run. Large Trout and Tarpon will be under these schools causing chaos. Look for these school getting busted up and approach quietly. Remember to match the hatch to improve your bites. Tight Lines and enjoy the weather.
