Lobster mini season has passed so Snapper on the menu

Hopefully all had thier fun during lobster mini season! It is quite a time here in the Keys! Fishing has been just as good as the mini season. We were night fishing and came home with dinner and then some! Snappers were on the menu as my wife requested. She is pregnant so I do what I am told. The bite was on and we came home with some great sized Mutton snapper. We fried them up the next night in Japenese breadcrumbs and were both in heaven! As my wife says" please bring home the fish as it is good for the babies brain!"
