The Fishing Report. March 22, 2009. Permit are Marching! Tarpon are Rolling!! Bonefish are schooling!!! Permit are still the hot fish of recent days and Tarpon have begun to really show up in the channels and some basins on both sides of the Keys. Bonefish schools are also invading the flats on the warm incoming afternoon tides.
