The weather and the fishing has been exceptional for this time of year. More like April then Febuary. Water temperatures were 80 degrees this morning.. Warm water + Light Winds = excellent tarpon fishing.. Been targeting large tarpon on the flats, channel edges and lay up basins.. Permit fishing has been good too on the days with some wind. Permit are very spooky and difficult to catch on slick calm days..
