Mark and Rhonda Addison was fishing with us today and had a great day offshore. We were 18.5 miles offshore and the weed beds were thick. Lots of big dolphin are hanging under them but you better bring the live baits to draw the bites! We headed out at a 175 drgree heading from Big Time Bait and Tackle. We caught 2 dolphin over 30 pounds, 3 over 20 pounds and lots of 5-8 pound schoolie dolphin there the past few days and Bill Horn that was fishing with us and took 3rd place in the Father's Days Dolphin Derby this past Saturday with a 24 pound dolphin and caught the second biggest dolphin on fly in the fly division in the tournament on his Able fly reel. Tuna are biting well on the humps and once again the live baiters are taking the better fish. Jigging has been a little slow but trolling the black and red feathers first thing in the am will keep you busy. Lots of billfish are around so keep your eyes peeled. We have been seeing the every trip offshore.
