IRL Weekly Fishing Report

Sorry that I have been slacking with my fishing reports lately. I've been too busy fishing! It has been an incredible past couple weeks of fishing on the IRL. You can throw a jig out to the flats and connect with trout and redfish pretty consistently over these past couple weeks. When you get bored with that, you can tie on a DOA shrimp and skip it underneath overhanging mangrove branches for snook and flounder. The fish are loving the water temperature right now as much as fishermen and surfers are. It seems to be just right to keep them happy. Early mornings and evenings have been the best times to fish as usual, but the fish are still feeding pretty well during the day. DOA shrimp along with DOA terror eyz and gold spoons have been yielding the best results. I like the gold rush colored shrimp and the green back colored terror eyz.
