Spring is normally the best time off the waters of Miami. Sailfish, mahi-mahi, blackfin tunas, and more, move thru the area. Michael Ehlnot brought his family out for an all-day fishing trip on the Blue Waters. The morning bite was slow with black tip sharks attacking al the live baits. Captain John brought in the live baits and ran several miles south to a nice blue/green edge. The mate put out the baits and they were rewarded with two sailfish and several more little sharks along with a few kingfish and the ever present bonitas. The family was very happy with the action and Michal hopes to be back in the summer for the offshore mahi bite. We're busy but please contact us and we will find a day to fish your party.
