April fishing mosquito lagoon 2012

Well sorry its been a few weeks for a report , Its been a crazy busy couple of weeks with charters and some great fishing . We have started the spring bite with trout coming on skitter walks , Jerk baits and jigs . We are catching up to 50 trout per day on average and several trout in the 3 to 6 pound range . The red fish are tailing on calmer wind days and are still schooled up in areas . The tarpon are starting to show up but still only a few here and there , their numbers should increase over the next few weeks . Its a great time to get out there and catch to fish .
