March April Report for Naples and Marco Island

Well, we are now in April thank the lord, lets hope the winds and the cold of March are behind us. March was a tricky month to fish in. Lots of wind some rain and a whole bunch of cold days. Eventhough we had some weather issues the fishing was not all bad. caught good numbers of fish on Live bait, mostly shrimp and we did have some good fly fishing between weather events. Caught some nice bass in the Glades canals and Redfishing was pretty good when you could find them in the shallow bays out of the wind. Snook and Tarpon were a little difficult but we still had some days were we caught them mostly way inside the canals or creeks. Lets hope April is much better. Looks like it will be.
