Naples Beach Snook Fly Report

It's that time of year once again when we walk the beaches here with flyrod in hand sightcasting to cruising snook trying to coax them to take our offerings. With the onset of Spring, these fish are slowly making the transition from the backcountry to the passes and beaches. The fishing will only continue to improve as the weeks wear on. We've been spotting a few fish walking the beaches the past few weeks. Look for snook cruising along the troughs just a few feet away from the sand and along stretches of beach that have structure such as points and deep cuts.
