Never Caught A Snook Quite Like This Before!

Went on an extreme kayak fishing trip in a creek deep in the Glades backcountry. We fished the first half of the outgoing tide site fishing to snook laid up on the sandbars on the edges of the creek and along the mangrove shorelines. The snook were also concentrated in deep holes and pockets along the mangroves. We had great success using Mirrodines, DOA shrimp, and paddletails as well as fly.
