Snapper Fishing

Took my grandfather and his neighbor out yesterday. We started off the day Grouper fishing, but only got one that was big enough to keep in the 3 hours that we tried (lots of short ones). While we were Grouper fishing we did bump into a few nice Mangrove Snapper; the biggest one being about 21". After we finished Grouper fishing we ran out to a wreck and grabbed these yellow tail snapper. There were Amberjack, Cudas, and Goliath Grouper on the wreck and getting the snapper past them was interesting to say the least. We could have dropped a line for the bigger stuff, but we were more interested in catching dinner. It was a good day! {%image_id=55078%}
