The winter guest and snowbirds have migrated back to their homes in antisipation of cranking out the fishing boat and tackle and heading for cooler water. The big surprize is that they left some good pre summer fishing on our lakes for a maybe back home. The Month of may and june produce some fantastic fishing for both freshwater and saltwater. The bass have moved to slightly deeper water, but they are easier to locate than in the grass and tend to hang in the same area longer. We have seen morning as well as afternoons clients catching 20 to 25 bass. Great fishing and great weather. Saltwater is also doing great as the Tarpon have mover up the river and taking bait. 2 trips this week and 6 to 8 tarpon a trip up to 4 ft long. Whats nice we are catching bass and tarpon out of the same tree tops. Lots of fun and action, come and join us as we slip into old florida in search of some of it prized shallow water preaditors.
