Pensacola inshore fishing at its best at Redfish University

May 14-18 Just returned from Belize and we're picking up right where we left off at Redfish University with some outstanding catches of redfish and speckled trout here in Pensacola. Starting at 500am to take advantage of a crazy topwater bite with the redfish and trout. Tossing Sebile Bongas into large schools of mullet to produce numerous speckled trout in the 15-22" range and redfish from 23-30". Off the banks on low tide and right on the banks at high. Later in the morning we switch to Gulp! 5" Jerkshads to take even more quality redfish and larger speckled trout. A very simple but extremely productive approach with artificial baits. Just finished a packed week of awesome trips and taking the weekend off. Back at it everyday next week!
