Perdido Key Fishing Report 02-16-19

The fishing charters in Perdido Key are on fire right now! Today we had one of the best redfish bites we had all year! These fish ranged from 25-32 inches and were all caught on light tackle! We probably caught 15 or 20 on a 4 hour inshore charter and had multiple double hook ups! We also caught a few black drum and some red snappers that were released to fight another day. Most of these fish were caught on natural dead bait incuding shrimp and cut bait. The weather has been too rough to get out for some deep sea fishing but triggerfish open March 1st so any day that allows us to we will be targeting them! These fish are a blast on light tackle!
