I am very sorry to report this but last night was the nail coffin. Our snook population has taken an extraordinary hit. In advance of such a predictible event, I'm absolutely certain something can be done. How do we know if we don't try? I'm not about to 2nd guess FWC, the Snook Foundation, or those truly negative pricks over at P.E.T.A. As you know, those who posture in front of the world about the ethical treatment of animals should take steps to protect them besides THE ART OF CONFRONTATION. It is truly an upsetting and troubling sight. Our fishery has taken a major and our snook population has been hammered. To be perfectly honest, I'm so depressed over this entire matter that my heart will not be in my charter tomorrow and my customer will be told as much. How I wish we had better news from SW FL.

Tight Lines,

Capt. John GiddyUp-Bunch
