Fishing report for the week ending 11/08/09 the first days of this week turned out to be the best until a big high preasure system has made running and fishing in open water misserable. On the light wind days we were able to catch nice mackeral,Bluefish, schooling size trout and big ladyfish inside Redfish pass, live shinners freelined or drifting and throwing softbaits worked best. Ther have been some bonito on the beaches just find the birds and watch for the fish, these fish are a blast and will eat just about anything. Redfish got a break this week the few that were caught were while snook fishing in canals and creeks, fishing the open water with the wind and low tides were a effort. There are good numbers of snook in the canal systems if you are willing to fish docks and mangrove shoreline. Tight lines.Get out and fish! For charter information or to book a trip contact Capt.
