Good action on snook and jacks in Sarasota

I mixed it up a bit this week on my Sarasota fishing charters. My clients spent most of the time casting Rapala X-Raps and flies for snook, jacks, and other species. A )* white (Ghost) X-Rap did well on snook and jacks in area creeks and residential canals. I had an excellent fly fishing trip on Thursday, with my angler catching snook and jacks in the same spots, Spanish mackerel and big ladyfish in Big Pass, and trout and mackerel on the deep flats. All hit a white Clouser. I finished up the week with a trip to the Myakka River. My angler caught 4 snoook (small) and a nice chunky bass on a (10) gold Rapala X-Rap. {%image_id=69010%}
