Good weather, but so-so fishing....

We fished a few times since our last report--bringing in a mixed bag of local species. Unfortunately the lack of sea grass in the Indian River continues to be problematic for anglers, and no one seems to be able to analyze the problem. We'll only be fishing down here for another couple of weeks; then we'll be pulling our FL boat and getting her ready for a seven-month rest. My Bonnie Charters will resume her CT schedule sometime in May, and we're hoping that the long, bitterly cold winter hasn't been too destructive to L.I. Sound.
