Report for Sebastian Florida

Jack Balme of Sebastian fished with us twice in the past ten days. We concentrated on the Indian River, starting out on the flats near the Inlet, where we caught a few sea trout. We then made our way northward towards Long Point and found a nice body of trout, tallying 18, all of which were released. On our second trip we spent some time fishing around the oyster beds, with only a few trout coming overboard. We then moved southward toward the Wabasso Bridge, were the shoreline yielded a bounty of trout. We stopped counting at 20--returning all but one to the river. The water temps on both trips ran between 63-68 degrees.
