STILL HO-HUM IN CENTRAL EAST COAST FL

I've been out a couple of days in the past three weeks. Some of the offshore anglers are catching fish, most of which can't be kept because of strict size regulations. Inlet fishing is iffy, and the Indian River is still unable to hold many species because of the loss of sea grass.
