St. Augustine Inshore Fishing Report
St. Augustine, florida
Nick Czerok
October 25, 2017
The water is still extremely dirty in the St. Augustine area and the water levels are at their highest in many years. The fishing is tough due to the lack of water clarity. For best results soaking live shrimp on the bottom will yield some redfish bites on the outgoing tide. The snook are hungry for live mullet if you can get them to see it. Try a popping cork with either live shrimp or live mullet with a 2 foot leader if you find cleaner water.
