Cold Water Upwelling/But bottom fishing remains HOT

Stuart Fl fishing for Cobia was solid for about 4 days from the 14-18th of Feb. We caught plenty of fish and some big ones up to 75lbs. The rays showed up and it was lock and load. Sailfishing remained consistent for a couple bites a day until the 19th. {%image_id=19520%} A cold water up-welling bring sea surface temps down to 69* all the way out to 300ft has really but a stop to any and all pelagic fishing. This up-welling should not last long judging from logbook history. The good note is Bottom fishing has remained hot despite the cold water on the bottom.
