Couple Blow Days, then Fishing Two Daze Off

What a difference a day makes. Yesterday we never saw a sailfish mahi or tuna on the Two Daze Off. We caught a handful of Kingfish and an assortment of Lane, vermilion and genuine red snapper. Also some seabass and undersized triggerfish. Today we had a little better luck fishing with Charles and company again on the Two Daze Off. We caught 2-4 sailfish trolling and had a couple nice gaffer mahi encounters. When then bite slowed I decided we would throw up a Tigress balloon and extra light kite and see if we could catch another sailfish or two. 10 minutes into it, it seemed we made a good decision. We had a beautiful bite on the middle Bait and 15 minutes later released a nice sized sailfish. We had a few King bites on the kite and 15-18lb mahi mahi. When that slowed we tried some live baits on the bottom. Caught a nice sized Genuine red, got rocked a few times and caught 11 Amberjack to 40lbs. {%image_id=62039%} {%image_id=62040%} {%image_id=62041%} Fun day fun times Back on the DayMaker the next couple days.
