Great Fishing

Fishing remains strong along the Treasure Coast. As water releases continue from Lake Okeechobee, I continue to target cleaner water away from the St. Lucie River. The inlet on incoming tide or just outside the jetties has seen the best water. Also from the power plant north is very fishable. Still seeing a few resident pompano around. Tripletail has picked up in the past few weeks with recent catches of 21,19, 16, 15 and 8 pounders. {%image_id=49114%} {%image_id=49115%} {%image_id=49116%} Snook action is great in the inlet with live baits on circle hooks. Make syre to release these girls in fine shape. {%image_id=49117%} Capt. Bob Bushholz www.catch22fish.net (772) 530-1496
