Great Fishing

Since the Army Corp stopped the releases from Lake Okeechobee 3 weeks ago, fishing has been getting better and better. Congratulations to Jason Fellion for landing our 60th tripletail of the season, a nice 9 pounder caught on the Indian River last weekend. Salinity levels have risen dramatically pushing more fish into both rivers. Seeing an increase in flounder action in most areas. Outside I can hear the spanish mackerel calling me but I prefer seas of 1-2 ' to target them. They will be around till the end of March. Bonefish are making a nice showing in the Sailfish flats and crossroads. Shrimp on trollrite or pompano jigs will get their attention. {%image_id=51115%} {%image_id=51114%} {%image_id=51113%} {%image_id=51112%} Happy Holidays! Capt.
