Pompano is starting to heat up in areas like the sailfish flats and crossroads bouncing Capt. Joe's popm jigs. Best bite time for these tasty fish are late incoming to first couple hours of outgoing tide. Bluefish and Spanish mackerel are thick right outside the inlet with the larger mackerel about 3 miles south of the inlet. Snook season opens Feb 1st. Look for the black drum, sheepshead, flounder and tripletail to start showing up. {%image_id=41913%} {%image_id=41914%} {%image_id=41915%} {%image_id=41916%} Capt.
