Water Temp.: 62˚ Water Level: 15 ft. low {%image_id=29833%} Striper fishing is good now. The fall water turn-over happened early this year. The creeks have a pretty green color. By December, gulls will show the locations of active fish. Blueback herring, shiners, flukes, bucktail jigs, and other artificials will catch fish. Jigging spoons bounce off the bottom in creek channels 30 to 40 feet deep work mid-day with bright sun. Fish will move shallow early and late. They may stay shallow all day on an overcast day. The worst days are the days after a front. The best days are the days before a front. This good fishing should last into January, when the water temp. drops below 47-48 degrees.
