It is COLD, it is muddy, and for the most part pretty miserable in Georgia. But there is great news. It is not going to last and in just a few days the start of our 2014 crappie season will be underway. Its not like there is an official starting date in Georgia, but this is the time of year when we get into the biggest crappie of the year! The big females will get out of the timber, into the deep river channels and it is the time for anglers to catch the largest crappie they have probably ever seen. The forecast calls for more cold weather into the weekend, but the next big moon will hold a lot of action. Give us a call if you want to be a part of it
